Terms of Service for FF-CD

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and TRUE EFFECTIVE MARKETING SOLUTIONS LLC, doing business as FF-CD ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website, real estate consulting services, and our SMS/text messaging programs.

By accessing our services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using our services.

2. Real Estate Consulting Services

FFCD provides property evaluation, consulting, and cash offer services. We are not acting as your real estate agent or broker unless a separate written agreement is signed. Any offers provided are subject to property inspection and verification of information provided by you.

3. SMS/Text Messaging Program

By providing your mobile phone number to FFCD, you are opting in to receive transactional and promotional text messages from us. This includes, but is not limited to, property offer updates, appointment reminders, and follow-up inquiries.

• Program Description: Messages are sent via 10DLC (10-Digit Long Code) to facilitate property evaluations.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your level of interaction with our team.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier. FFCD does not charge for sending or receiving text messages.
• Support: You can text "HELP" at any time for assistance or email us at as@ff-cd.com.

4. Opt-Out and Termination

You have the right to cancel the SMS service at any time. To unsubscribe, simply text "STOP" to the number from which you received a message. After you send "STOP," we will send you a final SMS to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-opt in.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the website and its content, including logo, designs, text, and graphics, are our proprietary property and are protected by copyright and trademark laws of the United States.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event will TRUE EFFECTIVE MARKETING SOLUTIONS LLC be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services, including lost profit or lost data.

7. Privacy Policy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We do not share SMS consent data with third parties for marketing purposes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of Florida. TRUE EFFECTIVE MARKETING SOLUTIONS LLC and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Florida shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
